On the 30th of October, the Reykjanes Peninsula in Iceland experienced an unusual surge of seismic activity. 1.300 earthquakes were recorded in the area. From midnight to 7 AM over 300 quakes, with the largest registering at a magnitude of 3.0 were recorded.
