The Call for Session Proposals for the 2026 Arctic Circle Assembly is now open. The Arctic Circle Assembly 2026 will be held 8–10 October 2026 at the Harpa Conference Center in Reykjavík, Iceland, bringing together international decision-makers, experts, and Arctic stakeholders from around the world.
Governments, universities, companies, research institutions, organizations, associations, and other stakeholders are invited to submit proposals for sessions that address key Arctic issues, challenges, and opportunities.
Session proposals may focus on policy, science, business, innovation, culture, Indigenous perspectives, or cross-sector collaboration related to the Arctic.
Deadline for submitting session proposals:
🕛 23:59 on 1 May 2026 (Alaska Standard Time, AKST)
Session proposals must be submitted through the Arctic Circle Assembly website, where further guidelines and submission details are available.
Registrations for the Assembly will open in early June 2026.
