10th International Arctic Shipping Seminar 2021

Due to unprecedented circumstances of COVID-19, the Korean Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries is going to have a live-streaming conference this year, and all the sessions will be streamed live on YouTube.

With the theme of "Arctic Shipping Infrastructure: Key Issues and Prospects" this year's seminar will explore into the 2021 NSR operation, NSR infrastructures for transit, ports and communication, and international joint research in three different sessions.

Presentations and discussions will be given by domestic and foreign experts from Russia, Norway and Japan.
