International Centre for Reindeer Husbandry (ICR) in cooperation with the Tufts University Fletcher School are thrilled to announce a Negotiation 101 workshop for the Indigenous and reindeer herding youth. Scheduled to take place in Kautokeino, Norway, from February 21-23, 2024, the workshop is aimed at building the capacity of youth in the fields of diplomacy, communication, and policy-making.

Workshop Highlights:

Empowering Indigenous Youth Voices: This workshop aims to empower Indigenous and reindeer herding youth by enhancing their negotiation skills. Through interactive sessions, participants will gain valuable insights into effective communication, consensus-building, and conflict resolution.
