Arctic Portal is developing new learning material on several Arctic issues.
Today we launch the Arctic States' International Treaties Adherence and the Arctic Policy Database, both available (and downloadable) for free at Arctic Portal website.
Under the "International Agreements" section, main international treaties relevant for the Arctic have been shortly introduced, in chronological order and with links to original texts (click on the title to be redirected to the full text). In the annexed table ("click" to enlarge it, "right click" to download it), an overview on Arctic States' adherence to the above mentioned treaties have been presented.
Under the "Arctic Policy Database" section, Arctic policies, strategies and vision for the Arctic released by the 8 Arctic states, indigenous peoples and non-Arctic states have been shortly presented. Links to the original texts are also provided.
