Icelandic Met Office invites you to attend the 2nd Arctic Met Summit, an online event hosted by IMO in conjunction with the 13th Ministerial Meeting of the Arctic Council.

WMO's Arctic services presented by the Secretary-General, Petteri Taalas. Opening remarks by Árni Snorrason, DG of the IMO, and by Guðmundur Ingi Guðbrandsson, Minister for the Environment and Natural Resources
Speakers will discuss the challenges in the Arctic, and panel discussions will focus on what the met-community can deliver to meet the challenges facing the Arctic in terms of adaptation and resilience, and what can facilitate the building of the bridge between science and community.
