The World Food Forum is happy to announce that our 2023 flagship event will take place between 16-20 October in Rome, Italy.
Hosted at the FAO headquarters and virtually, the event will once again encompass the Global Youth Forum, the FAO Science and Innovation Forum and the FAO Hand-in-Hand Investment Forum.

The Focal Points Group (FPG) is now opening up a call for applications for interested individuals between the ages of 18 and 35 years to join the team.

Calling all Young Scientists
The second cohort of the WFF Young Scientists Group (YSG) is now accepting applications!
The main objective of the YSG is to provide scientific evidence and technical knowledge to the various initiatives of the Forum, and to develop an annual WFF Young Scientists report on specific policy issues of particular concern to youth, related to agrifood systems transformation.
The deadline for applications is 1 March 2023 for the 2023-2025 term.
The WFF launches the Youth Food Lab
The Youth Food Lab was launched at the International Conference for Youth in Agriculture in Wageningen, on 18 January 2023.
The Youth Food Lab was created in partnership with Wageningen University & Research, I4Nature and the International Association of Students in Agricultural and Related Sciences (IAAS), to bring idea stage solutions to implementation, and to scale up existing projects. Ten teams have been selected for the first cohort of this new incubation programme, which will start in February 2023.
