Arctic Circle 2017 started this morning at 8:30 at the icelandic cultural house Harpa. 2000 people from 50 countries are expected to be there.
Representatives from multiple countries will be there such as Canada, China, Russia, Korea, France and Japan. The president of Iceland Guðni Th. Jóhannesson will also make an appearance
